Getting Started

If you think Professional Life Coaching might be for you, finding out more is easy. Your first session is FREE, with no obligation! During this initial telephone consultation, you will have the opportunity to:

• gain a better understanding of the process of life coaching
• identify the areas in your life where you want to grow
  • Life Balance Wheel
  • Life Calling Assessment
  • Life Battery Checklist
• interview me to determine if I could help you reach your goals

Then, if you decide to continue coaching, we will contract on a monthly basis.

Individual coaching is $200/month and includes:

• three scheduled 30 minute phone sessions each month
• access throughout the month by email
• brief “spot calls” between sessions

Group coaching for 4 - 6 members is $75/month per member and includes:

• two scheduled one hour phone sessions each month
• networking between group members throughout the month

Executive coaching for individuals is $400/month and includes:

• three scheduled one hour phone sessions each month
  
• unlimited access by email between coaching sessions
  
• brief “spot calls” between sessions when you need to process an important decision

*Please note:  Because of the economic challenges our country is experiencing, special consideration will be given to individuals who desire to pursue excellence through life coaching but cannot afford the above costs.  Issues of finances will be addressed during our first complimentary session and adjusted accordingly if necessary.
